Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Final sale or clearance items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Be sure to include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.
