1. How long does shipping take?
Our standard delivery time is:
- Domestic (U.S.): 7–14 business days
- International: 14–31 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and your location. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
2. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. If you haven’t received tracking details within a few days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders, both domestic and international. Express shipping may be available at an additional cost depending on your location.
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email us at smartfixer.store@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer make modifications.
5. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry for the inconvenience! Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund as soon as possible.
6. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. For full details, please see our Return & Exchange Policy.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. Please note that international deliveries may take longer due to customs processing in the destination country.
8. Will I have to pay customs fees?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Smart Fixer is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
9. Do you offer warranties on your products?
