Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Health, hygiene, or personal care items
  • Sale or clearance items

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at smartfixer.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll review your request and provide instructions for shipping your item back to us.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package reaches us safely.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you wish to exchange for a different size or color. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at smartfixer.store@gmail.com and include photos of the item and packaging.

Once your exchange is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and ship your replacement as soon as the original item is received.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send an email notification regarding your refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the damaged product and packaging to smartfixer.store@gmail.com, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.
